What we do

Software & Apps

When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build software that does: tools for your team and platforms for your customers - all the way to your own app. Built to hold up in daily use, not just in the demo.

Tools for your team

Every business eventually hits the point where Excel, standard software or retyping data between three systems makes more work than it saves. That's when we build the tool that matches how you actually work: the order overview, the planning aid, the internal portal. No more features than you need - but the right ones.

Software for your customers

Other software faces outward: the customer portal, the member area, the platform with protected content. People sign in, pay and come back - so it has to run reliably and stay simple. We run one of these today for a riding school, complete with a course library and member area.

Apps for iOS and Android

If your offer belongs in someone's pocket, we build the app to match - for iPhone and Android. How depends on the project: often both come from one shared codebase, which keeps upkeep and cost down. Sometimes a different route makes more sense. We decide case by case, not by dogma.

Systems that talk to each other

Most lost time sits between systems: data carried by hand from one to the next. We connect what you already use - payments, accounting, file storage, email - so information lands where it's needed without anyone moving it. Whatever you run today is the starting point: almost anything can be connected now.

  1. Payments

    card, invoice, subscription

  2. Accounting

    receipt and entry

    automatic, not by hand

  3. Files

    documents and contracts

  4. Email

    confirmation and dispatch

Four systems you probably already use. Connected means: enter it once, and everything downstream arrives on its own.

Automation and generators

Recurring work is the best candidate for software: documents that write themselves, data that checks itself, processes that start on their own. Often the small generator that saves an hour a week is a better project than the big solution.

We keep building, not hand over and leave

Software is never finished - it grows with the business. We stay on it after launch: new features, adjustments, running and monitoring. We'll also take over software someone else built - after an honest look at the code.

From a small tool to a platform

A platform with accounts, payments and apps is a months-long project. A small internal tool that kills one tedious manual chore can be done in days. Both are software - and both belong here.

The first step

Workflow review

Take the one process that lives in Excel, manual work or three systems at once. We walk through it with you and tell you whether a tool is worth it, how small it could be and what it would replace. So you know whether software is the right answer before you build anything.

What we build with

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Python
  • Supabase
  • Stripe
  • Mux
  • Capacitor
  • Microsoft 365

A selection - the tool follows the project, not the other way around.
