Websites, accounts and brands are never finished: updates come due, people join and leave, a mailbox jams on a Monday morning. That's exactly what our ongoing care is for - and it doesn't require a project.

Updates, security, content, small improvements: your website stays fast, reachable and current - and grows with you instead of quietly ageing.

M365 and everyday IT

Accounts set up when someone starts, tidied up when someone leaves; signatures, deliverability, access. The administration that doesn't justify a dedicated IT role.

One place for the small stuff

The mail problem, the tweaked template, the quick AI question: you don't need to know which area something falls under. You report it - we take care of it, or tell you who will.

How you get in

The most common way is through a project: what we build, we keep running if you want us to. No handover to a third party - the knowledge stays where it was built.

It also works directly. We take over websites and IT environments that others built - starting with an honest inventory: what's there, what shape it's in, and what needs sorting first.

Where your data lives

Mailboxes, files, website, backups, AI tools: for most businesses, all of that sits spread across a handful of providers. Where exactly, and under which law, nobody quite remembers. Getting that overview back is a small, named job.

The data location check

We map out once where everything lives: for each piece, the provider, the storage location, the law that applies there, and what counts as sensitive. You end up with a written overview and a clear path: what can stay, what deserves a better home, what comes first. And if the answer is that everything can stay where it is, we say that too. A few hours of work, not a project.

How it's billed

Two models, no fine print: by effort, if things only come up now and then - or a fixed monthly package with a clear hours budget, if there's always something to do. We'll talk through what fits in the first conversation; if your needs change, we adjust.

In practice: CORUS

At CORUS, care is the normal state: since the go-live on 1 July 2026, the website runs through us and we administer the M365 environment - accounts, signatures, deliverability - and for everything in between, we're the first address. The project shipped; the responsibility stayed.
