Websites, accounts and brands are never finished: updates come due, people join and leave, a mailbox stops working on a Monday morning. Our ongoing care is there for all of that, and you don't need a project to get it.

We handle updates, security, content and small improvements. Your website stays fast, reachable and current, and it grows with your business.
M365 and everyday IT
We set up accounts when someone starts and tidy them up when someone leaves, and we look after signatures, access and whether your emails arrive. It's the kind of administration that doesn't justify a dedicated IT role.
One place for the small stuff
The mail problem, the tweaked template, the quick AI question: you don't need to know which area something falls under. You report it, and we take care of it or tell you who will.
How to get started
The most common way is through a project: what we build, we keep running if you want us to. No third party takes over, so the knowledge stays where it was built.
It also works directly. We take over websites and IT environments that others built, and we start with an inventory of what's there, what shape it's in and what needs sorting first.
Where your data lives
Mailboxes, files, website, backups, AI tools: for most businesses, all of that sits spread across a handful of providers. Where exactly, and under which law, nobody quite remembers. Getting that overview back is a small, defined job.
The data location check
We map out once where everything lives. For each piece we note the provider, the storage location, the law that applies there and what counts as sensitive. You end up with a written overview and a clear path: what can stay, what deserves a better home, what comes first. And if the answer is that everything can stay where it is, we say that too. A few hours of work, not a project.
How it's billed
There are two models and no fine print. We bill by effort if things only come up now and then, or agree a fixed monthly package with a clear hours budget if there's always something to do. We'll work out what fits in the first conversation, and if your needs change, we adjust.

Care is the full package in steady state: one point of contact, all five areas. If a small thing turns into a big plan, it becomes its own project with its own proposal, while everything else keeps running.
