Look first, build second

Not every process gets better with AI - some get dramatically better. We look at how your business runs and tell you straight where AI is worth it and where it isn't. If the honest answer is that you don't need AI right now, we'll say that too.

Choosing and rolling out tools

The market changes monthly, the promises daily. We pick the tools for your case - independently; we don't sell licences - and roll them out so your team actually uses them: set up, trained, with rules everyone understands.

Data protection first

Before a company document goes anywhere near an AI tool, it has to be clear what happens to it. We sort out which data may go where, configure the tools to match and put the rules in writing - in line with the revised Swiss data protection act and with one eye on the EU AI Act.

The most common worry about AI fits in one question: what happens to our data? Our answer is a data path you control. Sensitive details like names, IBANs or AHV numbers are replaced before a text ever reaches the model - the model only works with placeholders, and the real details stay with you.

When that isn't enough, we choose where the model runs too: on request it runs in a European or Swiss data centre. Both are built and running - you can try it live.
