A brand-new company or a setup that's grown wild over the years: we arrange the basics so they fit together - accounts and access, email, file storage, devices, printers, wifi. Set up cleanly once, a surprising share of the daily annoyances simply disappears.

People join, people leave

Every arrival means an account, a device, email, access rights and a signature - ideally on day one, not in week two. Every departure means closing it all down cleanly. We handle that whole lifecycle, from buying the device to setting up the desk.

Microsoft 365, set up properly

For most businesses, Microsoft 365 is the backbone: email, calendars, Teams, files. We administer it, clear out what's piled up over the years, and handle the big moves too: for a construction firm we migrated 45 mailboxes to a new domain overnight - come morning, the staff just kept working.

Domains, email and deliverability

Whether your email arrives is decided in settings nobody ever looks at - until an important quote lands in spam. We keep domains, DNS and email delivery in order, so your mail gets through and your sender address stays trusted.

Security without the theatre

The measures that work best are unspectacular: clean access rights, two-factor sign-in, backups, up-to-date devices. We put those basics in place and explain them so people actually stick to them - security that protects without getting in the way.

From a DNS record to a full setup

Building a complete IT setup is a project. A new account, a device, an email fix is an hour's work. With us, neither needs a second vendor - and the hour doesn't need a project.

We go through your foundations once: accounts and access, email deliverability, backups, devices. Afterwards you know what's urgent, what can wait and what comes first, written up so it makes sense without us in the room. A few hours of work, not a project.

Data location check

Want to know first where everything actually sits? The data location check maps it out once: mailboxes, files, website, backups, AI tools - for each piece the provider, the storage location and the law that applies there. You get a written overview and a clear path: what can stay, and what deserves a better home.
